I know that rumors are flying that NJ and Dwight Howard are going to reach a buyout agreement and that Dwight can go anywhere he wants. GS has been rumored as a destination. But, and this going to sound crazy, would the Lakers consider bringing him on with the mid level or the room exception if they land LeBron and/or George? Mitch, Jimmy, and Kobe are all gone and we'd be a championship contender and he'd be an actual good fit with that team. He's still a good defender at the rim and he's a good rebounder, two things we will need. Am I nuts?

Then I read that the reason he was moved to Brooklyn was because all of his teammates complained about him throughout the season. Nothing has changed with this guy. He burned his bridges in L.A. Skill set wise, yes, he could fit. But, we may as well pick up JaVale McGee or Nerlens Noel. I would not bring him back.....but, I do get your thought process. |
